we changed the starter because the old one is broken. But we forgot the order of these four green plugs. I don't know in wich order I have to plug them in. I have tried it but the motor won't start. Maybe something is broken. But to find the problem the four plugs have to be in the right order.

Do you have a wiring diagram?

Just for my comprehension, what are the green plugs? The spark plugs or injection parts?
I remember that the ignition order on a 4-cylinder engine is 1-3-4-2, perhaps it can help you.

thank you for the numbers. Tomorrow we will try it.
I don't know what it is. My cousin helps me because I don't know much about car engines. But I think they are the injection parts. Under the yellow plugs above are the spark plugs.

We forgot the order of these plugs because the engine has been disassembled for more than three months. The starter was broken and it's not possible to get a starter in germany for less than 100€. I have searched everywhere. There are only 50 Peugeot 405 I with 120PS engine in germany. Total about 2000 Peugeot 405 in germany.
I got my starter in croatia from a scrap yard. But now we forgot the order of these plugs.

These are the power wires of the injectors. There is no numbers on it ?

There are the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 on it.
I hope we have got the problem. A part of the distributor (le Delco) is broken. I am going to buy a new one and try it again with the order of these plugs.

I will tell you the right order if my car starts again. I hope it will start because this is my first car and i like it very much.

Just plug according numbers on wires. I think your problem is tais broken rotor

Yes, the problem was the broken rotor. But the first problem was the broken starter. I have checked it and it's really broken.
Two problems, but now my car is working.

The order of this green plugs is:
4 - 3 - 2 - 1

When you stay in front of the motor and the battery is right.
